Terms

Terms of use

WarrantyCert is a scripness project. By using the warranty maker, you agree to these terms. Last updated September 4, 2026.

Your warranty is your responsibility

You choose every promise, field, logo, and detail in the warranty. You are responsible for making the document accurate, lawful, suitable for your business, and consistent with the agreement you made with your customer.

WarrantyCert provides a document-making tool, not legal advice. It does not decide whether your wording is complete or enforceable. Get qualified advice when you need it.

Using the service

Use WarrantyCert only for lawful purposes. Add only content and images that you have the right to use. Do not try to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or use it to mislead another person.

Downloads and availability

WarrantyCert does not save your warranty. You must download and keep any file you need before leaving or refreshing the maker.

The service is provided as available and may change or stop. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that a generated document will meet every legal or business requirement.

Responsibility and contact

To the extent allowed by law, WarrantyCert is not responsible for losses caused by your warranty wording, your use of a generated document, or an interruption of the service. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
