You may use WarrantyCert to issue and manage warranty certificates for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the service to issue fraudulent warranty certificates, automate requests in a way that degrades the service, or for any illegal or abusive purpose.

WarrantyCert is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WarrantyCert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into WarrantyCert, including certificate data, templates, and company information. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users by email of any material changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
