WarrantyCert is a scripness project. This page explains what the service handles when you make a warranty or send feedback.
Your warranty
The warranty details and logo you enter are handled in your browser to create the preview and download. WarrantyCert does not save a copy. Download and keep the finished file before you leave the page.
Anonymous usage and errors
We use PostHog in the European Union to understand visits, when editing begins, successful download formats, successful feedback, and browser or application errors. We do not create user profiles or use analytics cookies.
Events can include a temporary random session ID, referral and campaign details, screen and viewport size, device type, and an advertising click ID when one is present in the page address. Warranty text, logos, customer details, business details, and email addresses entered in a warranty are not sent to analytics.
Feedback
When you send feedback, we receive your topic, message, and optional reply email through Zoho Mail. We use them to read, respond to, and fix the issue you reported.
To limit spam, the app keeps a one-way, keyed summary of the network address in memory for up to one hour. The app does not keep the raw address for this check. Fly.io, Zoho, PostHog, and other infrastructure providers may process limited technical data under their own terms.
Retention and contact
We keep analytics and feedback only while they are useful for operating, protecting, and improving WarrantyCert or replying to you. To ask a privacy question, use the Contact link below.
