Example terms

Covers peeling or lifting caused by defective application of the finish during the warranty period. Oak & Line Flooring will inspect the affected area and redo covered workmanship. Scratches, water damage, movement in the underlying floor, and ordinary wear are not covered. Contact the business with the project address and completion date.

Failing to separate workmanship from materials supplied by others
Using wording that does not match the original service agreement
